Lifetime Support

We take great pride in maintaining an enduring connection with you, extending beyond the moment you bring a Rottweiler puppy into your home. As responsible breeders, seasoned puppy advisors, and passionate advocates for these furry companions, we strive to ensure the well-being of our puppies. While we cannot control every aspect of a puppy’s health—dependent on factors such as genetics, exercise, nutrition, and overall care—we remain committed to offering support, even when circumstances fall beyond our guarantee. Although we cannot guarantee that your Rottweiler will never face health issues, we assure you that we will do everything within our power to ensure your new family member is healthy. – Dr. Brant Hassell

Our Health Guarantee:

While we recognize that no puppy can replace another, we understand that the companionship of another furry friend can ease the pain. In the unlikely event of a Rottweiler puppy’s death within two years from birth due to genetics or the presence of congenital or hereditary disorders adversely affecting its health, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. A licensed veterinarian must certify the cause of death. In the event of a puppy’s death due to genetics after ten years from birth, we will issue a credit amounting to 70% of the original cost towards the purchase of a replacement puppy of equivalent value. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian. – Dr. Chloe Raftery

Your Role in Ensuring Puppy Health:

We find immense joy in knowing we’ve provided you with a healthy, happy Rottweiler puppy. To maintain your puppy’s health, we request your cooperation in the following ways:

1. Provide us with a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your Rottweiler puppy, conducted by a licensed veterinarian.
2. Avoid vaccinating your puppy within the first ten days of receiving it, as it will already come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations.
3. Ensure the daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including recommended immunizations and examinations.
4. While we handle deworming and vaccinations until the departure date, continue proper deworming and regular exams up to 9 weeks of age or as recommended by the veterinarian. – Dr. Connie Lin

Exceptions to Our Guarantee:

We cannot guarantee the disposition, temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability of your new Rottweiler puppy. No replacements will be given if breeds known to be prone to hip dyspepsia are overweight. Failure to provide timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. Additionally, this guarantee does not cover costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undecided tests. – Dr. Dan Teich
